There are a lot of theories about leadership. Let’s simplify, shall we?

What is most important? To make decisions, define the resources you need and make them available, or to be busy doing something others could do far better than you? I ask these questions not as an expert, I ask this because this is what I experience myself. I looked into the mirror and saw that what I did was neither smart of efficient. What did I do? I founded Mindstech.com

I figured there were people out there with the same challenges, struggling with the same tasks, as I had experienced. Why not get together people that can cooperate and change all to the better? If we gather people that loves to do what you can’t stand, all of us are happier, don’t you think? It certainly worked for me. I work as a leadership trainer, used to focus on solutions and possibilities. That is what I do and that is what I help other’s to accomplish.

The Mindstech team are clever at the areas where I am not:

Design, logo and websites

Project Management

If I know what I need, they locate the right people

Sounds good? Yes it certainly feels great. You should try it. If you have a problem or a task you need to get done, send an email and get to know what you can expect. You’ll be surprised. Why not focus on leadership and direction? Get the tasks done while you focus on what creates value for you. Fill in the contact form to get advice, tips and insights. Let us create value together.
