What is most important? To make decisions, define the resources you need and make them available, or to be busy doing something others could do far better than you? I figured there were people out there with the same challenges, struggling with the same tasks, as I had experienced. Why not get together people that can cooperate and change all to the better? If we gather people that loves to do what you can’t stand, all of us are happier, don’t you think? It certainly worked for me. I work as a leadership trainer, used to focus on solutions and possibilities. That is what I do and that is what I help other’s to accomplish.
